Как начать развод через медиацию? Первые шаги для мам
For any ladies who are divorced here, who got divorced through mediation? I need help on trying to figure out how to start that process by myself. Like what's my first step what do? I keep trying to look for info online but it's really not helping

You should call the family clerk of court in the county you are in and they should be able to tell you exactly what the first step is
In my state you can say you have an agreement when filing for a divorce and things go alot faster.
@dr.grey well I'd visit them. He's better with them because he makes more money I don't make enough money I'll have to get a tiny studio apartment that's about all I can afford or a room in someone's house. I just can't take living with him anymore it's been long enough I need to get out
@ladyfreyja @dr.grey also I'd love to take my twins he can keep the older kid. But that'll just start a war and I don't want to do that. And he wouldn't let me take them anyway

So get this s*** I was just talking to my husband about the divorce again as usual and he still doesn't want to get divorced and I do and he goes I understand you're nearing menopause and that's why you hate me right now lol. If I'm nearing menopause that's the smoothest ride to menopause I ever would think any woman had lol. I'm like I'm only 45 dude I'm not anywhere near menopause and I had my period late in life. He's like that's why you hate everything right now, I understand that. Why do men always go to that for everything just cuz I want to get a divorce he thinks I'm going through menopause that's a joke and a half lol. Damn dude I can't believe he's resorting to that
