Good morning everyone havent been on here a long time why? Got a new phone and ended up moving back to the bronx and fergot to download this app. Since moving to the 5th floor i noticed how out of shape i am ! Cant seem to get myself to go up them stairs its soooo hard out of breath headache omg !!!!! Any ideas on how i can loose abour 60 pds ?
