Sike naw lol, download Nike Training Club. The OMAD diet worked for me also, eating around 1200-1600 calories. Drinking lots of water and walking helped. Basically keep yourself active, hydrated, and healthy eating habits.

@ladyluck721, I know you walk a lot lol and you do a lot of housework. I’m not sure, maybe you’re eating enough calories to maintain and not burn. Track your food intake for one week on an app and see what are the results are. Avoid alcohol and lessen fast food and sweets ( I recommend avoiding these foods).
