So I made shrimp scampi tonight, this is the second time I've done it. I'm starting to realize they tell you to add way too much freaking pasta for such a small amount of shrimp. Do people usually double this recipe with a shrimp and a sauce? Cuz I have so much left over pasta it's not even funny
Anything with shrimp, I almost always double it or add another protein. There’s never enough, it seems.
