Recommend hair crimper?
Can anyone recommend a hair crimper? My daughter is wanting one and I’ve looked at several and read reviews and I’m a bit lost. I don’t want it to be heavy and I want it to be easy to use.

The easiest and free way would be to form small braids and let them set. Then take them down but not toss them too much. It avoids heat damage which is a plus.
There are youtube tutorials as well on using a flat iron for crimp styles as well.

I do this with my daughter’s hair!

We’ve done this quite a few times and it works pretty good. We also have some curling wrap things, I can’t remember what they are called. No heat just wrap damp hair with them. She’s just been asking and asking for a crimper and I really don’t know how I feel about it.
