Нужен ли нам большой дом?

RANT.

My fiancee is trying to buy a new house; our house has SIX ROOMS, but for SOME REASON, he wants a NEW house that's BIGGER. He has a good job and all, but when we first were together, i told him that i never wanted to live in a super big house; im okay with a small 2-3 bedroom house or townhome. I honestly think one of the reasons is because hes trying to compete with his brother on "who can be the most successful " but its just so tiring + with our wedding hes trying to make it this GRAND ROYAL BANQUET lol

I am truly grateful because he is a huge and important part of my story and life. I am so happy for our healthy, beautiful babies. We've had so many conversations about this, but he still just doesn't want to give up; by Oct 2024, he said he wants to buy this house across town that literally has 8-9 rooms.. like, sir? Why? To compete with your brother? I just feel like it's not worth it, nor is it needed. Unless we're gonna have 7 babies, we dont need an 8 bedroom house. (And i am NOT having 7 babies.) 🥲🥲
