Hey y’all So, have you noticed how the world of parenting has evolved? Back in the day, our parents would just let us roam free, but now we have all these safety precautions in place. I mean, I have more childproof locks on my cabinets than a maximum-security prison. I swear, my kitchen looks like Fort Knox!

And let's talk about technology. As a millennial mom, I've got to keep up with all the latest gadgets. I mean, my toddler is better at navigating my phone than I am! It's like having a tiny tech expert living in my house. He can unlock my phone, find his favorite cartoons, and order snacks on Amazon Prime. I'm starting to think he might be the next Elon Musk.

But it's not just technology that's changing the game. The whole parenting game has become one big competition. Remember when it was just about making sure your kid had clean clothes and a full belly? Now it's all about Pinterest-perfect birthday parties, organic homemade baby food, and Instagram-worthy #MomLife moments. I'm just over here trying to survive nap time, and these moms are creating Picasso-level crafts out of macaroni noodles. How?!

And can we talk about mom guilt? It's real, my friends. As a millennial mom, I feel guilty about everything. Did I breastfeed long enough? Am I feeding my kids the right snacks? Did I sign them up for enough extracurricular activities? I mean, I'm just one person trying to keep these tiny humans alive while also maintaining some semblance of sanity. They should give out medals for that!

But you know what? Despite all the challenges and craziness, being a millennial mom is pretty awesome. We may not have it all together, but we're figuring it out one day at a time. And let's be real, our kids will probably end up in therapy someday talking about the time Mom accidentally used the diaper cream as toothpaste. Hey, at least we'll give them some good material!

So, my fellow millennial moms, let's embrace the chaos, laugh at the absurdity, and enjoy the ride. And remember, we're all in this together, just trying to raise these tiny humans without losing our minds. Cheers to us, the superheroes of #MomLife!

Lol this is so true! I remember getting to just play outside all day and I don't remember my mom checking on us 24/7, she may have been watching through the window but I never even thought about looking to see lol I could never let my kids just play by themselves outside, I'd be a nervous wreck. And it's insane how our kids can just pick up a tablet and know how to use them right away, I could never. Yes to all of these examples. It's so crazy! And mom guilt is real😭 I breastfed each kid until I had the next one and with Journie until she was like 2 1/2, I did it nearly 7 years straight, no breaks in between and still question if I breastfed long enough! That's insane. I pushed my body to it's limit, I was completely drained and always exhausted, with low iron plus just the mental exhaustion it brings, there were days I didn't think I'd make it. Well, I did, I successfully weaned Journie like 4-5 months ago and finally got my energy back🤸 my body did that and I am still amazed at how strong I was, to be able to breastfeed through my two pregnancies and take care of 3 kids practically by myself for the past 2 1/2 nearly 3 years has been hard but I have accomplished that. 💪 Some days I thought I'd break, I have been mentally pushed to my limits on several occasions but look at me! I am thriving and feel good about how things are going in our life.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

Transgender children So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are your thoughts on the matter? Do u think the parents are behind this? Idk because I haven't met the parents or children. I just think at 5 it's very young for children to really understand. What do u ladies think?

Does anyone like their in laws?

Does anyone like their in laws? With all the posts about terrible in laws I was just wondering if anyone actually likes their in laws?!?! I love me in laws. I'm blessed to have such a wonderful immediate and extended family. My mil loves spending time with my boys. She comes over at least once a week and will sleep over. She gets up with the boys in the morning and let's my husband and I sleep in. My fil is a great man also. He's always coming over to visit and do some odd jobs around the house (my husband is not handy at all lol). So anyone else have great in laws?? I figured I'd ask so we can talk positively about our in laws!!!
