I know there is really nothing I can do because it’s developmental, but my kiddo still wets the bed at night. He is absolutely frustrated that he does despite me telling him he’s fine it’s just his brain isn’t ready yet. Well maybe that was a poor choice of words because now he says that his brain makes him dumb for wetting the bed. He has been refusing to wear his pull ups at night because he thinks he can train his brain. Well I’ve been washing bedding almost every night for a week. If it’s dry it’s because he isn’t really sleeping well enough because he doesn’t want to wet the bed. I’m not sure what to do next or what to tell him. 😔
@mybabybear we don't use pullups, that might be having an effect on his thoughts too. If he is a heavy wetter, I'd buy 2 pads.
advice needed!
my 7 year old son still wets the bed at least 3 times a week, I've taken him to see a specialist and he's fine, but nothing helps I don't allow him to drink anything after 6pm, I make him use the restroom before bed and I wake him up in the middle of the night and he still wets his self, my 4 year old son never be any accidents and this is just so frustrating should I punish him because I don't feel like he even tries to avoid wetting his self
Was it wrong for me to take Deandre phone because it took to long for him to complete his homework it’s not that he needed him he just wanted to play
@itsamemario, you deleted your post before I could hit send but this is my comment: I don’t know if this answers your question but this is my answer.
My son is 7 and he knows race and color. Why? Because he himself comes from a family that is multi racial and because he has already experienced racism. I also believe as his mother it’s my job to teach him color and the cold hard truth about society. He knows what’s going on in this world. I’d be hurting him if I allowed him to blindly walk out...
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Okay mommas, this is our second night home and little Ryder refuses to sleep in his bassinet. I’ve tried swaddling, feeding him before bed so he isn’t hungry, tried 3 different pacifiers, laid him down awake and asleep. Any ideas?? I just don’t know how else to get him to sleep in his bassinet and not in my arms at night.
** I had no problem with my other two boys laying in their beds but Ryder refuses to leave me.**
We have a washable pad so it helps the bedding. If she is having a rough couple nights, I wake her up and have her pee around 11-12 at night.
