This is on my boys foot, I thought it was athletes foot and bought over the counter cream, and it’s been 2-3 days and it still bugs him and now looking at it I’m thinking maybe ring worm? Thoughts?

No, I dont think so. It’s been getting bigger for a few weeks now that’s why I thought it was athletes foot and got the cream. I thought it was just a bug bite at first

wouldn’t there be more signs? A fever, signs of illness etc? We’ve had it a bunch of times before and it never itches like he says and we’ve always had fevers and sores all over

not necessarily. It all depends on their bodies. I only had itchy feet until the spots showed up

Is it itchy? It could be hives. You can try giving him children’s zyrtec for 2 days.
