If my kids were asleep by 7, they never see their dad.

We do what works for us (still putting their sleep as a priority though).

We're 7:30 for both here. I didn't even know bedtimes ran this late, especially during school time... Idk, maybe it'd actually work 🤔

All my kids fall asleep no later than 7/7:30. Always have. And we’re up by 6am. And I have to force them awake lol

All mine in bed by 9

Almost spot on bedtime here is between 7:30& 8:00. SOMETIMES I let them stay up a little later on the weekends but not usually.

My 1,3,6 goes to bed by 8:00 then my 11 year old goes to bed at 9:30

School nights are 7. I’ve tried for later bed times but she’s impossible to wake up if it’s not that early.

Weekends/breaks are 9-10.

Mine are sent upstairs at 8. Bedtime is 9.

Pretty damn close. My 2 and 6 year old go to bed at 730 and the teen 1030

It’s close to what we aim for, but achieving it since baby girl was born has been difficult. Husband isn’t a schedule guy and gets off track very easily. =/

Close on school months. Summer is late bedtimes but still early rise.

Summer was later but for school Natalie goes to bed at 7:30-745pm and Louis goes to bed 8:00-8:30pm so pretty spot on for us too.
