I have mastitis for the very first time. Oh my word I did not realize just how awful it is!! 103 fever, body aches I even have an ear ache and sore throat. I never even felt a clog just felt like total crap then my breast got red 😭
I got antibiotics today. I also picked up that sunflower lecithin. Anyone have luck with the lecithin? Did it help you from getting mastitis again?
Would you take while taking the antibiotic or start once that's completed?

It has helped my clogs every time. I just take it to help the clog when I get one, I don't take it every day.
