Hey y’all how do i go about breaking my 8m old from wanting to bf first before eating her food. I want her to eat first then bf inbetween her meals but she insists…i try to hide my milkies and she will climb on me and pull my robe aside or my shirt down to get to them.

You don’t. Breast milk or formula is the main form of nutrition and should be first and then offer baby food usually within an hour.
We formula feed, but what I’ve been doing is giving him his purees right after a nap if he’s not too hungry (he’ll just cry for his bottle if he’s too hungry), or wait like an hour/1.5 hours after he has a bottle to feed him. It’s been working the best for us so far.
You don’t. She should be having breastmilk first. It should still be her primary source of nutrition for another 4 months.
You should always offer bm or formula first then food at least until she is 1.

I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! My mom made it sound like she was gonna be in the delivery room when I give birth, and quite frankly, I would just like it to be me and my fiancé. It's our first, and I want to share that special moment with just him. I don't want to hurt her feelings, and I know this is something she would really like to be a part of. So I feel bad telling her no.
