It vines. It may need a bit more light to sprout larger leaves. When the leaves start to curl up ( a tad more than in this photo) it just means it is thirsty.

I did water it. I just thought it bushed out a little more but if it’s ok then great

it looks like one vine. You can propagate when it is longer to plant more and have it bush out. I love when they are on a stake and climb upwards.

ok so the plant store I go to has different sizes of stakes for climbing plants so I will look into one of those. Thank you!

Or propagate them in water and then replant to make it look fuller. I have one it’s my easiest one and they’ll tell you when the need water. Lol.
