What are some cesarian aftercare essentials ?
Sadly we got some unexpected news that I will need to have a C-section this time around :( baby is fine it’s just due to my own health issue. I’m so nervous and have no idea what to expect . On the plus side I know when she’ll be here more or less . I’ll be meeting my baby girl in 47 days or less ❤️

Try to have everything you need for baby care in close proximity as it hurt getting out of bed. Try not to lay flat too much the first week post c section. Because it's hell getting up and out of the bed. Your spouse will be needed alot for support and help until you recover. They will give you pain meds. I took mine only when I really needed it. That was my experience, however like with all things everyone is different.

I used a belly binder, loose undies and a couple soft night gowns. I hope everything goes smoothly and you are back home and as comfortable as possible!
