15 недель и не чувствую беременность – это нормально?

Im 15 weeks at the minute and I can't help but feel like im not pregnant if that makes any sense i get the odd ache or pain but i just don't feel anything and im constantly thinking the worst and i dont have my next scan until july and my midwife hasnt booked a 16 week appointment just yet i feel like im probably overthinking but it seems to be all i can think of at the minute
