@ai.ariel I had a child BITE my kid on her stomach at recess, I took her for antibiotics afterwards and the school didn't do anything about that, she was also being bullied on the school bus daily and they would do a temporary fix of moving the kid for a day and right back to it. Switched districts, no more bus riding and haven't had issues
My son has had the same bully since kindergarten. This year he finally had enough. Tell me that school didn’t call me trying to have MY son in trouble for speaking up for himself. He didn’t touch the kid, he said he was going to fight him if he didn’t stop and the kid told the teacher. This is the same kid who called my son dumb for being a sped kid.
I’d like to add in, nothing was done about the kid all those other times leading up to this when my son would tell an adult and they didn’t do or say anything. I kind of got into it with the teacher and vp when I said they need to be and stay separated.

Its bullshit. This whole stop the bullying is causing our district to make excuses for the bullies to the students and parents as if its acceptable.
I’m trying to think of ways to bring awareness to this because I felt when it happened to my child it was sweep under the rug
@ai.ariel I'm at the point where my next step is straight to the board of education. I'll be damned if I allow my children to go through this.

Honestly no Becuase my son was going to head start and there was this kid who was the only kid in diapers and he would take things my son was playing with and would ask him nicely to give it back and he didn't and he tried to tell the teacher but they didn't do anything about it then had the audacity to call CPS on me and say I was acting crazy when I'm on medication for PTSD anxiety and depression and on the 6th of March I started taking it and my body was still getting used to it and everything cuz I'm on a 50 mg dosage and I was there from Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, because of the fact that my son didn't want me to leave his school and then Friday I dropped him off and then picked him up and asked him what was wrong he said a kid hit and punched him and he had red marks on him and they weren't there before and so that same day because he would come home and say I don't want to go to school or I'm scared I got sick of it and so I called his head start and told them I was pulling him out of school and homeschooling him and they tried to tell cps worker there was no food in my house and I had the cps work who was assuming I wasn't a good parent and my son wasn't safe with me. I had the CPS worker talked to my mom and my grandma and they both told them that I have been taking care of my son alone with no help or no money given to me by his sperm donor and I didn't let the CPS worker in to just look at my house and I told him if my son wasn't safe with me we would not have a roof over her head right now we would not have power Wi-Fi we would not have food I would not be getting food stamps and cash assistance and on top of that these schools need to get better with bullying most parents have a child like mine who is very sweet and kind and nice and loves to play with other people and I don't think it is right as a parent to sit there and just let it happen or watch it happen same goes for teachers me as I call myself I'm a mama bear and I will protect my son at all cost and that means pulling him out of Head Start and homeschooling him and then now that he is homeschooled he likes it much better he has the time where he gets up eats breakfast watches a couple shows before we do our learning stuff and school stuff and then if it's nice we can go out side if it's not we play inside and do fun things together but I much rather have my child safe and then one place I know he's safe is with me and on top of that most of these teachers are not educated enough and they don't teach these children about bullying and not bullying honestly this world is getting pretty scary but I will make sure to protect my son until my last breath and that all that matters to me
