Дети болеют: высокая температура, рвота, кашель - что делать?

My poor boys have been so sick . Oldest had a fever for 4 days . He’s finally doing a little better but did throw up phlegm this morning. Now it’s the youngest going on day 2 . 102-104F. Cough , headache , upset tummy , vomiting and diarrhea. I’ve already cried multiple times I hate seeing them like this , I don’t handle sickness well . My youngest is the worst too at taking medicine , I have to buy the chewable tablets and convince him they’re magic . Currently we’re watching osmosis Jones lol
