We had tacos the night before and chicken Rotel casserole last night. I was on a Mexican kick lol probably gonna do either chicken Alfredo or spaghetti tonight. Was gonna fry some chicken strips and make gravy to go with them (as well as mashed potatoes, rolls & Mac & cheese) but we had that for lunch after church yesterday. I started making a menu each week, where I list all the things we have here for dinner & let the kids & hubby pick which they prefer. If they all can't agree on the same meal, I just make whichever I feel like eating 😂 my husband and Will aren't picky whatsoever so I never have to worry if they'll like it or not, lynnie however, usually gets a second option just so I know she will eat, even if it's just spaghettios or a pizza lunchable. Journie is starting to learn to eat what's put in front of her so for that I am thankful ❤️ just her eating is a huge improvement.
