When Disneyland Became Better

i’ve been lucky so far. no crying or anything, but we shall see!

i think it helps that we always stay at Disneyland hotel or Grand Californian (when we really ball out), and we can just walk back to the room if they start to act like they’re getting tired.

but my daughter is a perfect angel, so i really it’s just my son i have to keep my eye on. 😅

they will have a blast! I've never been to land!

I think i got lucky with my kids. They haven’t had any crying fits so far.

But i lived in Anaheim for a few years and went multiple times a week. So i’ve learned how to navigate, where to stay, what order to do things in to keep it moving and keep the kids from getting bored.

Thats also why we always go the first week in January, or the first few weeks when school starts. Those are definitely the slowest times.

And i also swear the first week of school is just getting organized and settled so, like, whatever. 😬🤪

I always say: DisneyLAND is better than Disney WORLD. However, Floridas Harry Potter world is way better than Californias.

and i’ll die on that hill.

omg it’s SO much fun. I’ve only done it in CA, but bring bags for candy! The kids will get SO much.

I worked at Disney during the fall and it was such a treat to be there for the holiday season. I sang in the Candlelight Processional at Epcot in highschool too, which is during Christmas. I just have SO MANY happy memories of this season at Disney and am excited to share them with the kids. I’m that Disney Weirdo that will likely burst into tears bc I’m so happy/excited/nostalgic to be there 😅🤣

omg that’s awesome! I cry also! It’s just something about seeing the kids experience it all. My family could only afford to take us a handful of times growing up (to the FL location), so it’s really healing to be able to take my kids more often / spurge a bit on the extras that we didn’t get to do growing up.
