A 6 year old 😟 it was intentional too. I hope the teacher lives and that poor baby gets help. I hope the parents get charged for allowing him to get a hold of the gun in the first place.

This is in my area. I have friends with kids that went to the school and are of course traumatized.
This is so heartbreaking on so many levels. This world has become so dark anymore.. I really hope the parents are held accountable for his actions and the little boy gets every ounce of help he needs to become a productive member of society. I really wonder if he knows the extent of his actions.. I hope that everyone gets some kinda closure and peace.
My blood is boiling. Charge the stupid parents and take all their kids away from them without the possibility of getting them back.
This is beyond not having common sense. A fucking loaded gun with a child able to access it?!?!? Sounds like they wanted this to happen.
This never will change until gun owners are charged and convicted. Lazy asses who keep guns in drawers, with effing bullets in them.
@jenx, I seen one awhile back where there was a loaded gun in the back of car next to a child 🙄🤬
Pretty sure the parent said she “forgot” it was there… to think people like that just procreate 🫣
The parents should be 100% charged for not properly locking up a loaded damn gun. And if the child had issues then they really should've had it hidden away
I'm still in shock about this. I pray the teacher is okay and the child gets the help they need.
Literally was just talking to my husband about this. I’m both frustrated and sad.
I saw this really early this morning and I'm like that's the same age as my kids! We got a call from the district saying they have cyber bullying going on in some of the schools. It breaks my heart kids have to go through such tough times. No matter their age. I wonder what happened to this baby.
@momx4 it's the district, so could be elementary, middle, or high school. They didn't say what grade level. But I mean a 6yo just intentionally took a gun to school and shot the teacher soooo.....
Oh, I was 10000% furious that a 6 year old had such easy access to a loaded gun and no one noticed it was gone. Gun owners need to 100% be charged with murder and attempted murder for the guns they leave laying around loaded. Almost all mass killings are with legally obtained guns and they are almost never properly and responsibly stored. I can't imagine the PTSD the other 6 year olds are experiencing having witnessed that. The parents should be charged with that, too.

@jenx okay I was concerned you thought I blamed the teacher lol. I'm thinking of taking online classes to teach in my kids district. My heart goes out to teachers
@countrypeaches42013, Oh, people noticed. I’m sure the school staff noticed and has been trying to work with the family to encourage them to get help for their child. Parents rarely take us seriously or follow through. I guarantee there are staff members at that school that are shocked this happened but not surprised.

going to TTC again for the first time this month after a mmc in November and d&c in December. that was my first pregnancy so I'm TERRIFIED I won't get pregnant again or get a sticky bean! We have a really good feeling about it but I don't want to get my hopes up :/. my fertile week starts Sunday and I would give anything to get my rainbow baby! let's hope I get pregnant and it sticks!
I get the Mirena tomorrow and I'm kind of nervous hoping I don't get any serious side effects from it.😬

I saw this, also in my state yesterday a 12 year old girl was taken into custody after shooting and killing her 9 year old brother. Why don’t people lock up their guns? It’s beyond me
