Ask non medical professionals < go to a fucking doctor. As someone with severe allergies, I’m glad the people around me have common sense or I’d be dead by now.

Call the dentist first, which may mean urgent care or ER if he’s really having a reaction like that. Is your husband watching you like a hawk on seizure alert? He can still watch you like a hawk while you guys take care of this allergic reaction….
