So my sister has made not having kids a huge part of her personality and she just doesnt like kids or babies. So naturally she asks to stay at my house thinking of all the fun we can have. Shes pretty much kept herself locked in her room all day and only comes out to eat because rhe noise of the kids triggers her and they make her feel really angry and helps her now understand why moms hurt their kids 🥺 so now i know i cant trust her alone with them. Also she's drinking all my alcohol. She has completely ruined my christmas spirit. Like shes really pissy at me for no reason other than the fact my kids are kids. They are loud and messy but they are good kids. Like even hearing them just simply play sends her in an all out rage. Im about ready to kick her out. I only see her once a year but this has been horrible on my mental health.

You do what’s best for you and you kids!! Find her someplace else to stay and tell her that for her happiness, and yours, you’d love to see her, but not like this

I would not let anyone, idc if it was my own mother, make me feel uncomfortable in my own home. For a stupid ass reason too! She knows you have kids and still came to be the grinch. She has to GOOOO!

Put her up in a hotel. The cost will be worth it to bring peace back to your home. Surely the kids are picking up on the vibe.

She's always been like this but for some reason she is extra horrid and nasty this visit. I told her that if she's going to be like this then I'm making her stay at mom's because this is the kids house, not hers, so we will continue to live our lives.

This is horrible! What did she think she was getting into when she agreed to come?!!! To say these things, I wouldn't even want her to get my kids anything. Ugh, I hope you get rid of her soon enough for your family's sanity!!

She thought we would spend all day playing video games and watching christmas movies like when we were teens (she doesnt understand that children dictate the tv 😂) and then get drunk and giggly every night. She sleeps in until 9 and complains because the kids are too loud to let her sleep in until 10 or 11 like usual. She has no job but gets all her money to do anything with her OF account. Mind you She is 5'5 and 350lbs and has no sense of personal hygiene so she makes enough money to survive. We live very opposite lifestyles.

She is SELF diagnosed (literally never went to a dr) autistic and uses that as an excuse for her behavior. Says she literally cannot. She's gotten so much worse as she's getting older.

Right! She literally only comes out of her room to go to the bathroom, get food, or when my kids are napping/in bed. We had some issues last year but nothing like this year. So next year I'm telling her to stay at mom's even though she would hate that more. But like for real don't go stay at a house with 4 kids ages 7 and under and expect them to be quiet and perfectly respectful at all times 🙄 I let my kids yell at each other so they can learn how to solve their problems without always needing intervention. But she made a comment to my husband that everytime Faith cries she wants to grab a knife a cut out her own uterus. Faith will be 2 in February and she's sick so yeah she's going to cry. But she makes her mental health, sexual preferences, and political views, and hatred of Christianity (my husband and I direct a Christian summer camp) her entire personality. She has self diagnosed herself with a bunch of random issues and uses them as an excuse for everything and says her "autism makes it so she literally cannot hear a baby cry without feeling rage" instead of being an adult and learning to control her emotions. I would feel differently if she was actually medically diagnosed autistic but all of this became a thing 2 years ago and uses these things as excuses for her behavior without taking responsibility for anything.
