Первый Новый год в карантине: Covid и отит у ребенка, что делать?

We've escaped it for almost 3 years but now it's finally our turn. My poor baby will be spending her first Christmas in quarantine. She has the worst of it. Covid and an ear infection. So far my husband and I are negative. Kiddo will be tested after school, I'm hoping she stays negative. She'll be devastated if she is positive and has to miss school this week with all the fun things happening.

Any tips to get through the next few days will be well received.

Ugh, no!! I’m sorry 😭 We all got it when R was 11m and he had it the worst of us. If she’s fussy and visibly uncomfortable then I would suggest alternating ibuprofen and Tylenol even if she’s not running a fever. The body aches, chills, and headache are pretty uncomfortable. Plus ear infections are super painful. I hope she has a speedy recovery and that the rest of you stay healthy! Sending lots of love 💜

Oh no I'm sorry! We got it November 2020, thankfully only dh and I got it. Dh got the worst of it. I agree with Ekko, rotate Tylenol and Motrin, it will help with headaches, body aches.

I would try and get tons of vitamin c in and zinc and warm teas!
