Что написать в благодарственной открытке незнакомцу за подарок для малыша? Нужны идеи!
Anyone have any ideas on what I can write in a thank you card to someone I’ve never even met/didnt even know existed until recently? A friend of my dad’s sent us something off of our baby registry, and I’m on the struggle bus thinking of what to say in his card. Just a simple “thanks for the baby clothes” just doesnt seem like enough for some reason.

When in doubt google thank you card inspirations. Etc. I would just express your gratitude for the generous gift and thank them. I don’t think it needs to be elaborate. Honestly in this day and age people don’t even send thank you cards anymore so it’s huge you’re doing that. Maybe say something about how useful it will be, if an item. Or how adorable they will look if it’s clothes.

Thank you! He sent us some footy pajamas, so talking about how cute she’ll look in them is definitely a good idea!

A few of my dad’s patients gifted us hand made items for my oldest. If you’re comfortable doing so, a simple thank you card followed up by a picture when baby is old enough to wear the item goes a long way. My dad’s patients loved the photos he’d show them of us using the blankets and clothes.
But yes it was very awkward to receive gifts from people I’ve never met, but cared a lot about my dad.

we still have a few of the blankets and one of the people who knitted one of them has since passed away. Her daughter also sees my dad as her doctor and loves knowing we’ve kept her mom’s gift for so long. ❤️
