Какой антидепрессант безопасен при беременности?

I’ve read contradicting things about taking lexapro during pregnancy . So I stopped taking mine and will be switching to a different antidepressant starting tmrrw . But idk which one would be considered the “safest” while pregnant . Did anyone take any while expecting , if so which one ? I’m thinking about Zoloft

Your OB will know which ones are safe during pregnancy I would talk to them because sometime switching meds or changing your meds can be more harmful to you then to the baby. I would talk to your Dr they can definitely help you with a choice that is right for you and your baby

I was on zoloft while pregnant. I stayed on the same dose because it was deemed “safe”. My high risk drs were all on board that it was safe. My daughter was born and had withdrawals from the zoloft. It was pretty sad watching but the nurse there told me not to feel bad and that they of course see kids withdrawal from worse. She dealt with the withdrawals for about a month. If I was aware that it could happen or if someone even told me the possibility I may not have continued in my 3rd trimester on the medication. Def out weigh the pros and cons. Some drs are not aware of the risks. I even asked them should i lower my dose or stop taking them because on the bottle it said to not take them in 3rd trimester and my drs didn’t see why it said that because again it is considered a safe medicine while pregnant.

Oh my goodness that’s so sad 😭 ugh I really don’t know what to do. I May just not get back on anything until after the baby gets here. But since I stopped 2 weeks ago I feel more sad and irritated . Hopefully it levels out . It’s so hard to trust anybody including doctors . Medication helps one thing and cause another .

I unfortunately needed to be on it. My mom had unexpectedly died in july and I wasn’t aware at the time I was pregnant or had gotten pregnant right after that. I couldn’t cope without it. If you need it definitely take it. Mental health is such a big thing especially while pregnant and having all of those hormonal changes. My high risk drs even said it was a good thing i was on it because we have a higher risk for ppd and I’ve had it on the past. They just didn’t know the risks and I wish they did so I could have known it was a possibility. My girl had the shakes really bad, She was extremely sleepy and had some breathing things going on, she would also involuntary what looked like startle reflex’s. I thought it was just newborn things. When the nurse had my baby to do her tests, she noticed it and have the nicu dr take a look at her and they came to tell me what it was and why. They said the withdrawals could last for 6 months but hers lasted about a month. They told me signs to look out for and when to bring her to the hospital. Are you in therapy ? I was in therapy and on meds. Therapy helped a lot but at that time it wasn’t enough for me to get off the medication.

i had ppd for a long time with my first . But I didn’t get on medication until this year . I’m not in therapy currently , I need to find a new therapist . I see my primary doctor tmrrw but I don’t see my gyno for another 2 weeks . I think I’m going to wait until I speak to my gyno even if my primary prescribes me something , won’t take until I speak to her . I’ve been so unmotivated since I stopped mixed with being exhausted from pregnancy , I’m in survival mode right now lol thank god for my husband picking up the slack while I get thru this rough patch .

Where’s Waldo

I took 50mg of Zoloft from week 6 to week 39.6. Yes there is a risk of them having withdrawals if taken in the 3rd trimester. My story however my daughter did not withdrawal at all. My high risk doctor kept a close eye on her while pregnant through out all 9 months. Maybe I just got lucky. Definitely weigh the pros vs cons. It’s not healthy for baby to not have a healthy mom and that means mind and body. Do what you feel is best. 💜

That’s so great to hear , I’ll see what my doctor thinks . I don’t want to risk the baby withdrawing but I’m also struggling mentally. So I hope we’re just as lucky. Thank you for sharing 💗

I had to stop meds cold turkey so I didn’t even know that was an option. Isn’t here anyways. But I was just fine.

I’m on buspirone (I think buspar is the name brand). My doctor said it’s one of the safest and most tested ones for pregnancy. I would be losing my mind even more than I normally do if I wasnt still on those pills. 🙈

Oh I know. I’m getting paranoid about that myself the closer I get to my due date. I should remember to ask my doctor about it at my next appointment.
