Last night, someone broke the glass on the trunk of my loaner car(my transmission is being fixed under warranty)and took my entire work life aka my backpack with my laptop and just ran. I’m shook and devastated.

Sadly this time of yr you shouldn’t leave anything in a trunk that’s glass people that have bad intentions are watching many ;(

I’m from San Francisco born and raised so leaving things in my car is not a usual thing I do. What happened was I loaded up my car and locked it then went to the kiosk to pay for parking. It was right by my car so I could see it and was watching. The kiosk was broken so I went to the other one right at the stairs which left my back turned to my car. I mean it wasn’t even 30 seconds later, I heard a noise, and turned around to see a buncha broken glass and a grey BMW with Florida plates speeding off. Whoever it was, they were watching me and what I was doing and assumed I was some tourist and ripped me off as soon as my back was turned to my car. What they didn’t take and I’m grateful for is that I had my entire cannabis demo kit with me. That woulda been just as devastating for me as the backpack they took with my laptop, air pods, and makeup
