Что за проблемы с доставкой Hermesevri? Курьер кинул подарок в сад соседа! Как пожаловаться?

Does anyone have a problem with hermes/evri? im absolutely fumming with them . Their delivery guy have chuck willow christmas present into my next-door neighbour garden they are not in at all . It is supposed to be raining, just hoping it is not destroyed . The delivery guy has been to our address before in the past, so he should know where we live . He didn't even knock on my door, and he put he been delivered to my address . How do i make a complaint about this cos they already lost one of Willow present already, and i have to replace that too .

Their always doing this to us. Or delivering it to a neighbour. Marking it as delivered but not telling me which neighbour! And it's not even an actual neighbour sometimes it's opposite side of the road! Complaints do nothing unfortunately. Contact the supplier though incase your parcel is damaged in anyway they will/ should replace it or refund.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

Okay. This is strange: I asked my husband and he said he didn’t walk outside whatsoever, but I just went to see if a package had been delivered and saw there are legit bare footprints in the snow by my front door. 😳 We don’t even use the front door besides for guests or for grabbing package deliveries. What the helllllllll.
