Every week from Friday sundown until Saturday sundown we have a Jewish special day - where we don’t use electricity and we spend time with gd and family ! It’ stems from the days of creation - the 7th day was a day of rest therefore we “ rest” . 😁 so I cook today for the weekend since I won’t be able to cook those days !

yeah! I use tomato paste and also paprika to give it that super red color !

some people do! I personally don’t . I like to dip bread into the sauce instead !
