I’ve been on a black pepper & lime popcorn kick.
i pop popcorn on the stove in olive oil. then toss with salt, a shit ton of black pepper & i zest an entire lime on top.
it’s mediterranean diet friendly, hardly an calories, and satisfies my salty cravings.
Salami with pickles and cream cheese, popcorn, huge salads, ramen with veggies and Cajun or sriracha… I miss late night munchies lol
Tortilla chips with shredded cheddar cheese melted in the microwave for a minute then mix salsa with sour cream as a dip for the chips. My sister and I grew up calling them cheese chips lol
My daughter woke me up at midnight when I heard the tab pop on a seltzer. She is such a rebel like her mom.

Actually it’s cheezits & Swiss cheese. My kid randomly put them together one day & now it’s our go to snack lol
