Black stool can sometimes mean internal bleeding but often times it’s due to diet. Think of everything you ate today.

My prenatals have like 90mg dual
Iron. But I been taking them for the past few months and this is barley the first time I noticed my stool different

@mamaofemily, call your doctor in the morning just to double check. Internal bleeding would be coming from your stomach/colon and not your uterus. But I def am almost certain it is bc of diet.

@mamaofemily, hot Cheetos aren’t good excessively for anyone tbh. ESP while pregnant though and body systems are weird. I would not eat them with salsa either. You can google the havoc that hot Cheetos do to a not pregnant body. There’s many reports of parents bringing their kids to the ER after having weird poops due to hot Cheetos.

I will definitely stop for sure because I’m only 30 years old to be going through health issues when I can prevent all that. Hopefully is not to late.

Hello mamas, the same thing happened to me. My OB/GYN SAID ITS CAUSE OF MY PRENATAL PILLS. AN THAT ONCE UR body gets used to u taking the pills, stool will go back to normal. Hope this helps
