I experience deja vu often and usually follows with a nasty headache and nausea. At first i read it could be caused by exhaustion and anxiety but then i read it could be a form of seizure and now of course my anxiety is now absolutely through the roof. So im trying to convince myself that that is the problem 🤦♀️ that my anxiety and not sleeping enough is making me feel like crap and causing the random bouts of deja vu.

I’m sure it’s totally possible that it could be either being overtired or seizures. But be forewarned, never google symptoms expecting anything less than a severe and debilitating, untreatable condition

😂😂😂 right. Google always sends sets us up to think the worst lol. MY rational guess now that the pain has passed is that deja vu is a symptom of an oncoming migraine. Since they can go hand and hand. I haven't slept much this week and have a little more stress than usual so I'm thinking with all that tied together is why I'm not feeling great today.

@countrypeaches42013, it very well could be a migraine symptom for you. My husband gets dizzy and then the roof of his mouth gets numb before he gets one. The brain is a tricky beast

it's wild! But that's my guess. Wish I could nap after but being responsible for small humans I take 4 ibuprofen and drink water and after sitting for a few mins I take a walk and things eventually resolve. I'm sorry your hubbs experiences migraines. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.
