I'm sure gonna try to eliminate it. That's a good idea switching to tea. Yes girl, cinnamon dolce latte is so good. I love it over ice as well!
@heatherlou88 yes teas are good. Boba is just milk and black tea so I feel ok w that lol
@locdqueen I'm working on the dr.pepper addiction though. They are starting to make me feel bad. Like the less I drink the better I feel. I have spells where I'm completely drained for 3-4 days, I drink liquid IV and a few bottles of water and body armor and I'm fine. I think they're starting to take a toll on my body. I guess 20+ years of dr.pepper everyday has finally affected me..now I try to only drink 2 a day and add more juice, tea, and body armor to my daily liquid intake.
@locdqueen the coffee isn't so much a problem, I drink 1-3 cups a day, depending on if I'm needing something to wake me or not. One cup around 6 when I first get Will up, then around 8:05 when I get back from dropping Lynnie off. Then if I'm just super tired in the afternoon I'll have another. I'm currently drinking a cinnamon dolce latte & it is amazing 😍
Also, i read an article yesterday about coffee increasing longevity. So ot cant be too bad for me lol

@heatherlou88 yes omg please be good to ur body. Start working on eliminating it completely. I used to drink Pepsi everyday but I stopped about a year ago. Those sodas are so bad for us. U can do it. When u replace it w other drinks u won't miss it. I got a soda the other day and it tasted gross lol so my taste buds changed as well. I work at a school so I drink maybe 2 to 3 cups of a coffee a day lol I quit every other week and replace w tea for 2 weeks then I'm back to coffee lol oh and I love cinnamon dolce latte, my fav.
