I need some help for dinner tonight, I’m craving charro beans w/ rice & can’t decide if I want to do:
Green Chile chicken pozole
Chicken Flautas
shredded beef enchiladas with red sauce

Those all sound good! I want to make enchiladas verdes but I’m to lazy to go get some tomatillos 🤣

@jays.mom., I cant blame you there. A lot of canned enchilada sauces are oddly sweet. They’re not that good.

I’m glad I’m not the only one who thinks those sauces are sweet. I also like a nice thick spicy sauce so I guess if that’s what I want I gotta do it myself 🤣

Yeah, I always have to try to doctor the canned ones up a bit. And that’s true! A thick and spicy enchilada sauce sounds really good!
