How long after you had your baby did you take them out? I’ve been told 6 weeks but I didn’t do that with Imani 🤷🏽♀️

She's in America and paediatricians in The US used to advise to keep them home for 6 weeks. Completely different to the NHS!

When I had my second daughter, I took her out the next day as I had the school run to do 😂 xx

I had mine out on the school run the day after they came out of hospital! 6 weeks seems very long

I can't remember but both mine were sections so would've been whenever I felt up to walking about. There is no set time frame, just whenever you feel upto it.

Who told you 6 weeks? You can take your baby out whenever you feel ready :)
Maya i took out the day after i left hospital
Ayda was 2 weeks old (registering)
Her dad didn't want me to. Take her out until he went back to work. So yeah id leave her at home with him and do the school run
