Девочки, у кого тоже депрессия и тревожность? Поделитесь опытом, как справиться с этим, когда муж не понимает и все против тебя
Im about to get very honest and raw with you girls and I hope none of you judge me. But, I'm really going through a hard time right now. My stress and anxiety has been aggressive and I've really been losing myself. I've lost who i am and just try to be who everyone thinks i am that i pretend to be. Ive tried talking to my husband and he retaliates with saying i dont understand what real stress is and compares my hard with his hard and completely invalidates me. Ive lost my entire village and my own mom compares me to my cousin and his wife. Im so alone. Ive gotten drunk every night this week (after my kids go to bed) right in front of my husband and he suspects nothing, he doesn't even know i have a hidden stash in the house. I need help. Im going to do my best to get it. My kids deserve better and so do I.

I'm so glad you opened up here. I am here if you ever need to talk. Sometimes it helps talking about how we feel and getting advice from someone besides immediate family or friends. I have been there, exactly where you are. I am praying for you girl, in Jesus name. You are a strong, beautiful wonderful woman.

I just wanted to say that you don't need his validation of your feelings, although it would be nice. I've been a stay at home mom and a working mom and they're both hard. We should all support one another because life's hard, no matter which parent you are. That said, I hope you can find things that make you feel more connected to yourself. For you to have time where little people aren't hanging all over you and people aren't needing something constantly. Your feelings are completely valid and I understand. Look inward for what you need, not from people around you who aren't capable of seeing past their own stress. <3

Hugs. I hope you get back to where you want to be soon. We all fall down sometimes. ❣️ Mental health struggles are real, don't let your husband tell you otherwise. It's exhausting and all consuming. If you are open to medication they can take a real weight off your shoulders. ❤
