I got custody back of my daughter in January she was doing excellent in school her beahvior was normal now shes acting different same school around same people we got a bigger apt . Now shes in 1st grade she already talking to much in class an getting detracted i took away tv time twice this week because she also lost her homework and im wondering why shes acting out now i talked to her constantly and im starting tk get frustrated and wonder if im doing something wrong my mommy guilty is setting in an i wonder if i did nythibg wrong

That might not work for every kid. Getting taken from your custody was a traumatic event and she likely needs a professional to help her process that. It might be good for you as well to get tips to help her in another way.
Does she have a therapist or anything? Change is super hard for kids, esp after a big transition like that. Is she in a new school?
Yes but we haven't really did many sessions . I try to encourage an let her know that I'm only hard on her bcuz I know she's great
