Currently trying to get my soon to be 10 month old to start using a sippy cup but all he does is chew on them and get water and juice EVERYWHERE. I’ve even tried to get him to use the ones with a straw but he just chews on them too. We’ve been trying since he was 6 months. Any tips?!?!? 👀👀
Does anyone really use those teething necklaces, like that mommy wears and baby chews on.... I am genuinely curious but I personally would never do that, and get my baby used to pulling on/chewing on everything. Seems like you could never wear nice jewelry again. I try to get my son NOT to touch my necklace and definitely not chew on it? He can hold it in his hand but not pull or chew.
Who else has financial issues within their relationship?? Or am I just lucky 🙄🙄 Not sure if I'm being just mean or what. But my SO used $160 from me this morning. I gave him my bank card because he needed $60 to get material for work. His boss was going to give it back to him at the end of the day. So instead of $60 he took out $160. Which I was a little pissed. (One of the reasons I just can't let him use my card. I have to go get the money from the atm myself if I'm giving it to him) then, tonight he asked for $20 incase his boss didn't give it to him. So I gave him my card not even thinking because I had kids running around me. I asked if he could pick up a few things that were out of and told him he could use my card if he has too. And I even told him not to get the expensive brands or anything m generic is fine. So he does. But when he does he decides to go Easter shopping for the kids. (Not sure if he used to my card or not) but if he did, I'd be even more pissed. He knows I have bills to pay on top of giving my son's school money that I owe them. He goes to a private school and I haven't paid in 5 months. It's towards the end of school now so I need to pay it. He knows this month I am extremely tight because of the school, im already in debt and my credit score sucks. I have been trying not to get in more debt and actually fix my credit. I'm so frustrated. It's like we have different priorities and different ideas on this. I feel like I'm completely drowning!!
I find it very alarming when we see for MONTHS “My husband doesn’t want another child”...”He wants to wait”...”he won’t have sex with me”....and then you keep trying to conceive anyways and when you do get pregnant ask us all a cute way to announce it to him? This is entrapment....conceiving behind someone’s back then unveiling it as a gift seems so incredibly disturbing to me.. End rant.
Anyone use cloth diapers, or considering using them? I'd like to get some input in them
Idk if this is a little to harsh but my stepson is 2 and 7 months now the time outs are not working so I stepped it up a little and decided to take all toys away and tv away for whatever he has left of the day till bed time. Gets it taken for hitting us or throwing toys or kicking... He kicked me right in the mouth last night so he didn't get his toys till after nap and no cartoons and thats around 4pm is this to much??

I’d just keep offering it to him, my daughter doesn’t use a sippy cup or a cup with a straw & we’ve been trying. She loves to drink out of an open cup 🤷♀️ also I wouldn’t do juice this young there’s really no benefit to it. Goodluck and just keep trying to give to him 😀

His cup is mostly filled with water. The wic people told me to put a little apple juice to see if he’ll actually drink it because he doesn’t like water either 🤦🏽♀️ I tried putting it in a regular bottle just to see if he’ll drink it and he just let it roll out his mouth 😂

My daughter would take the soft tips ones and purposely turned it upside down on a surface to get the liquid out to play in it lmaoooo. The hard tops were the only ones that worked without a mess.

I may try a hard too because maybe he won’t chew on that as much. He’ll chew on the rubber ones and let the water roll out his mouth. His car seat is currently soaked at the moment 😂
