The interview went really well. Really really well!! I think me and my potential new boss get along so well we have so much in common!! She actually helped me realize I’m a bit more qualified for this position than I initially thought. And now I really want this position she told me she’s happy to provide more flexible hours for families because she believes family is the most important thing in life. She commended me for home schooling and supported that. (My current boss, love her so much but she was not quite as supportive at first) she breeds mini aussies too just like me. Honestly I could see us being friends. 😂 IF I’m awarded this position pay will be better.. maybe quite a bit better than I thought and I could be making more than my husband.
BUT she’s interviewing a lot of other people after me. 😩 so I get to go the rest of the week and all weekend and probably next week concerned that she interviews someone way more qualified than I..
The anxiety and self doubt is real.
