Завтра интервью на лучшую работу для присутствия на танцах дочери?
I have an interview first thing tomorrow morning for a different department at my job. It’s way better hours that’s going to give me the opportunity to be present for my daughters dance practice. (Where as now I will be unable to attend with my present work hours). I can even switch to 10 hour shifts and have 3 days off which with my husbands combined 3 days off will give the girls 4 days of all day home school rather than lunch hour lessons.
But my boss is not thrilled about it. It’s not really great timing for my department to be losing me.. she did not sound happy on the phone and it’s really got me feeling guilty and anxious. 😕

I agree with the other ladies, do what's best and don't worry about how your boss feels about it. If you feel the need to explain yourself, tell her it works best for your daughter bcuz of her dance class and homeschool.
Now I’m worried because if I don’t get this job she might resent me. 😂

Agree, do what is best for your family. Not a great manager if they don’t want to see people advance.
Yeah I know she kinda made me feel like shit.
I guess I was supposed to tell her I applied but I only unofficially applied yesterday. My husband works in that department and he saw there was openings and he sent in my resume to his bosses boss. She took it from there I really did not think I was going to be contacted this soon.
Also I really didn’t know I had to tell her something as personal as “I’m applying for a new position” because I feel like that opens doors to her talking me out of it. Or trying.
Do what’s best for your family. Your boss and the department will be fine.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Am I wrong for telling my Bd that because we not Married my baby don't have to have his last name? He really got mad and told me I was project n ignorant. Crazy part is I was thinking about giving my baby his middle and last name
Zero sex life

Ladies what was your work schedule like while pregnant? I work 40 hours a week & have only 2 days off a week . Should I cut my hours back ?
Always do what is best for your family, the boss is thinking of her own needs, not yours. Trust me, I was a rehab director for 15 years and the company will always do what's best for them, they will drop you in a hot second if it pleases them, so don't let them put those vibes on you.
