One kid is kicking dryer balls across the house, spraying a water bottle and yelling “it’s raining it’s raining”, and literally not listening at alllllll today. The other kid is pulling everything off of the craft table and throwing tantrums. I’ve swept multiple times and yet there are still a thousand crumbs all over the floor. I desperately need to vacuum the bedrooms and tidy up the bathroom. I’m starving because I only had some Oreos and a fruit by the foot for lunch. My husband randomly decided to stop and mow the fire dept that he volunteers at so he won’t be home for another hour and half. I just want to curl up and cry because for some ungodly reason I feel extra emotional today. I’ve been overwhelmed and frustrated since 8:30am and I still have several hours left to go 😅🥹
We had a lazy dinner (which they both devoured lol), then we all played in the yard, and then they had a good warm bath and some comfy pjs. Now the youngest is passed out in her crib and the oldest is watching a movie with dad! I’m just glad I survived lol hopefully tomorrow is a better start! 🤞🏻
@mamallama1721, we all need our own time too ;) watch a good movie and enjoy your delivered food

Am I wrong to be upset? Last night I was running a fever, weak, tired, sore, my left boob feels like it got used as a punching bag. I asked my husband to call out of work today to help me with the kid so I could get some rest. He went to work. I texted him this morning. Part of me thinks I mean. The other part of me thinks I was fine for saying that because he should've stayed home with us.
I need some advice my babies father gets really mad when he drinks liquor. He woke me up and started a big argument about the thermostat he completely destroyed the room and choked me this is the 2nd time he has done this. I'm going to church today and I'm not sure of what to do when he starts calling and texting to talk to me because he realized he messed up. I need some advice and solutions to help the problem.
Make your own breakfast!
At what age do you think a child should be making their own breakfast? I have a 10 year old and I think he is perfectly capable of making himself breakfast. It doesn't take rocket science to put some waffles into the toaster, or microwave some pancakes. My husband insists that he needs to have breakfast made for him because if we left it up to him he wouldn't eat enough and it would take him forever.
I can not stand when Josiah wakes up screaming because he’s still so tired but doesn’t want to go back to sleep... he wakes everyone up and then I have to deal with all 3 kids being hateful all day cause they woke up to early!! 😑😑 I already give up today...... have a nice day ladies!!
Maybe let them run off that energy and play in the park &once back home a bubble bath for them and movie after &then your turn to relax too
