The first 2-4 four weeks were literally bloody hell for me all 3 times, but once I survived the vampire stage and the fear that comes with blood filled poo diapers because baby is consuming so much blood along with their precious milk it has gotten better and been a blissful ride in paradise. No bottles, cleanings, or fears of running out at inconvenient times. The immunity and health benefits far outweigh the difficulties. Please read this book:
