@icebergahead, I wish I liked beans 😭 It’s been hard to add protein when I don’t like eggs (stomach issues) and beans (texture).
@humblewarriormama, try white beans and have them as soup (blend it for a creamy result). It comes out creamy with no texture issues.
@icebergahead, that’s about the only way I can do beans, blended. I upgraded to a food processor when my mom downsized, hoping that help bc my little immersion blender had a hard time with the skins.
I make chicken pot pie and chicken noodle soup with the one from Costco in the winter.
Do you have a good chicken pot pie recipe?? I've never made one
