What to do with my oldest child who constantly defies rules?

I’m really at a loss with my oldest. She’s literally always pushed boundaries a little and stuff but whatever she’s going through lately is draining me. I try so hard to be patient but at this point idk what I can do. She back talks constantly, I repeat myself literally 20+ times and she will straight look at me and continue doing whatever I’ve asked her not to do or if I have asked her to do something she will just repeat the same thing over and over to avoid doing it. She’s throwing tantrums and she’s swatting and/or kicking at people and things.

Ex: I was trying to put her sister down for a nap and told her to hangout in the living room for a min. She repeatedly opened the bedroom door so I told her to go sit in her room and play a minute well she then swatted at me and kicked the wall and screamed, then came back in making noise, I put us all in my bed cause I thought we’ll maybe she’s tired too or wants some cuddles but she just kept messing with her sister trying to keep her awake. I finally got the little one asleep and the oldest wanted to go back to the living room so I picked up the baby to put her in the playpen and the oldest started jumping on my bed (which she knows not to do anyways) which woke the little one back up. I was quietly telling her to go wait for me in the living room and she just kept jumping so I had to put the baby down and pick up the oldest and carry her to the living room.

Another ex: she had a spray bottle of water this morning and sprayed her sister in the face so I said please don’t spray her in the face she doesn’t like it and she proceeded to do it three more times so I asked her to put the spray bottle back up which she did not. She then started spraying the floor and I said again put the bottle back up you’re getting the floor wet and that could be dangerous and she kept spraying so I had to take it away from her and put it back up.

It’s like this literally all day long. I first thought it was jealousy from the youngest getting so much attention and I’m sure that’s still some of it but most of the time she’s acting like this even when I’m having one-on-one time or anything. It’s a CONSTANT battle with her. I’ve tried so many different discipline methods but literally nothing works. If I try timeout she just keeps getting up no matter how many times I put her back. If I take things away from her it’s like she doesn’t even care. If I send her to her room she comes back out. If I try to calmly talk to her about her emotions and actions she just talks over me and doesn’t listen. Idk what to do 😭

I can totally relate to this right now. My daughter is a year younger than yours but has been acting similar lately and it’s been rough. I am exhausted. Yesterday she scratched and hit me because I moved her away from my computer. Hang in there girl. It sounds like you’re doing a great job with being patient and trying to redirect her.

I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! All she wants to do is eat and I can't have her attached to me all day, everyday! She has wanted to eat every hr on the hr for the past 3hrs! I put her in her room so I don't scream at her but I just can't take it!

I love how I repeatedly told my father in law not to let my daughter root through the toy box because she doesn’t want anything out of it anyway and he keeps picking her up and taking her to the toy box no matter how many times I tell her no and tell him she doesn’t even want anything out of there anyway. At first I told him “only let her get one toy” so she picks one up and he is still holding her over the toy box then tries to put her over the baby gate so she can grab more. I’m sorry but you aren’t the one that has to pick up all these toys. You aren’t the one who has to put them back. He never picks up toys. Everyone wants to get the toys out for her out no one ever wants to help me pick them back up. The fact that I said not to let her get anything out of the box more than 5 times really pisses me off. You may be her grandparent but you aren’t her parent. So now I have mass toys to pic up on top of the toys she already had out from this morning

Baby won't bear weight on leg

Baby won't bear weight on leg I have a walking 10 month old and she has been extra fussy yesterday and today. Today I noticed she didn't really want to crawl, she would just cry until I came and picked her up. After I fed her, I tried setting her down to play with her big sister and she just started crying and wouldn't put any weight on her left leg. She will put weight down on her right leg but then just cries until you pick her back up. I thought maybe she just didn't want to be put down (as baby's often do). I tried a few more times over the next 30 minutes and she still won't put any weight on it. I had a meeting (I work from home), so I took her upstairs to my husband. She is now playing with her siblings and happy, but he text me (from upstairs) and says she still won't put weight on it. She is just sitting there playing.

Ok, so my friend is wanting to get pregnant but..... Her fiancé does not want kids, at lease for another 3-5 years he said... so she came up with the idea to have me pee on a stick for her and show it to him so that he’ll be comfortable with not wearing a condom and finishing in her.. basically the whole idea is to make him think she’s pregnant already...... so I do this favor for her or should I tell my girl to chill? He and my husband are friends through us and he’s going to invite him over tonight and run it by him...

is it wrong to be frustrated that my daughter acts like she can't do certain things with out my help. she plays dumb a lot and I wish I could be like no girl show what you know. she acts like she can't trace or match shapes so shes ask for "mommy finger" to help her so I barely hold her hand and she magically can do it but if I dont hold her hand she just scribbles and acts like she doesnt know the pic is how she traces when I'm "helping her" otherwise it'll just be scribbles all over the page
