Prob every 30 mins when he went through the 4 month sleep regression but then it was like every 4 hours-ish.

Breastfed babies can actually have schedules?!! 😄 What is that life like!! They asked at the doctor at her 9mo check up how many times she eats and I'm like I have no clue, whenever she wants it!!

I feed on demand but if he goes over a certain hour mark I will offer him to eat if that makes sense. They ask me to at the doctors I’m like ummm I don’t keep that close of track lol same with how many wet and poop diapers I’m like I got 4 kids I just know it’s a good amount lol

Ohh yea totally! Until solids are introduced I didn't let her go past 3 hr during the day and let her have that longer stretch during the night.

I asked because I’ve been doing every 2 hours and lately he will eat for like 3 mins then pop off and not want it anymore and if I keep trying to offer he looses his shit so I’m like what is happening it’s stressful. I worry about milk allergies just because my two younger ones had allergies as well so I’m like what is going on and trying to solve the situation because it’s been happening for like 3 weeks where he eats 3-4 mins pops off and wants nothing to do with it and I know he’s not eating a ton because I’ve weighed him on the feeding scale and he consumes about 2.5oz which at 4 months it should be 4-5oz. He’s gaining fine though at his doctors he gained 5lbs in 2 months. It’s just stressful and makes my anxiety go through the roof when he pops off so quick and I know darn well he didn’t eat a full feeding 😩

@momgroupreject, I remember doing it with my son 😭 he was only like a week old though when he had his done. Your boobs didn’t hurt from his tongue tie?

my nipples hurt so much. To this day I think I’m numb there. Relearning nursing was a different pain too but after that we made it to 14 months! It was horrible though. Just like getting concerns taken seriously and then actually getting it done. I didn’t know any better at the time.

awe yay! We made it to two years I remember the first few days were rough! I’m telling you if she looks in his mouth and goes oh ya he does have a tongue tie I will call her out immediately and be like and how come it took you this many visits to realize he had it 🤔

About every 3 hours and at night he did a 5 hour stretch

As often as they want! There’s a big leap at 4 months so babies usually cluster feed. It was every hour for my son but my daughter usually went a little longer because she took longer naps.
