Ковид у мужа и температура у ребенка 5 лет: Какое лекарство лучше, Калпол или Ибупрофен?

My hubby has covid, my 5 yr old is knocked off his feet, laid up and temperature is high. Partner been giving him calpol and ibuprofen is this the best medicine ? Im not sure on ibrofen? Xan anyone help please
