Нужно ли мне оформлять судебный приказ на второго родителя?

Has anyone had to file a restraining order against the other parent while having to COPARENT with them since they are mainly harassing you? I’m really considering involving the courts for full custody but not sure if i could even afford doing all of that but something has to give because i am currently almost 22 weeks pregnant w my current partners child and I’m worried the father of my 3 other girls is going to stress me out too much cuz he has been a complete devils spawn since knowing I’m pregnant. If you have a similar situation plz lmk I’d like some advice.

Do you have a custody order in place right now? When I was going through all of my BS, the court mandated him to only talk through the parenting portal and it was heavily monitored and had to be specifically about our son. You can absolutely ask for no contact and just show that he isn’t even bothering you about the kids. If he fucks up with the parenting portal then it’s all bad for him. It’s not unreasonable to expect the other parent to be respectful to you. He should not feel the need to discuss anything besides the kids with you.

@ariliyahzihmommy3, ya that’s why a court order helps a lot bc without one, you both have legal rights to keep them. Establishing physical and legal custody is in everyone’s best interest even before a conflict happens.

@ariliyahzihmommy3, he actually only showed up like 3x before he stopped. They’ll have you do mediation to see if you can come to an agreement before it gets put in front of a judge if you can’t agree. Then it just depends on how lengthy the case is.

I don’t really think I’m pregnant, but I have a leftover one in my purse from my last pregnancy. I usually get my period at the end of the month around the 20th and I haven’t gotten it yet. I am only 6 months pp and only have had two periods since having Jane. The chances I’m pregnant are slim to none to be honest, but it’s in the back of my head.

Hey I’m Ciera me and my boyfriend have been trying to conceive with no luck we’ve been recently tracking my cycle and when I ovulate we think we may have a baby on the way I was wondering what early symptoms you can feel before you take a test my Brest are heavy and sore and I just know I’m pregnant but the test are negative with the help of other moms I can know if maybe I’m testing too early or if I’m just over thinking.
