@mamaofemily, you are totally fine then! As long as the scan wasn’t focused on your pelvis/abdomen there’s little to no risk of radiation affecting your baby. Did they have you place a lead shield over your abdomen?

The radiation shouldn’t hurt baby. It’s quick exposure and localized. What anatomy was imaged? They should have shielded you

It was for my neck. They did ask if I was pregnant and well I said no because I was sure I wasn’t at the time of the exam. I really hope it didn’t affect the fetus 😢
