Shampoo 1x a week and wash with conditioner every 2 days or so to refresh my curls.

Mine use to be 2x a week now I think I’m to 1x a week sometimes more. But my hair don’t get oily that much

depends. Usually every 2 weeks. Mixed community here. My hair can not take washing its natural oils out on a daily.

Do wash 2x a week because your curls get ugly or because you want to? I’ve been trying to do once a week but my curls won’t let me be great.

@imacat, my hair is on the fine side so it looks bad after day 3. It does not hold out as much so I rewash.
