It’s been a while so I’d have to brush up on all the details. I am usually team “tragic accident” with hot car deaths. However this is one of the few where I’ve felt like it was done purposely. Why was it reversed? Hopefully not on some bs technicality.
So the dad had Googled how long it takes a baby to die in a hot car, he claimed he was distracted by his dating apps and forgot the baby… he was cheating on his wife. The sex crimes weren’t overturned so he’s not getting released… some of the “women” he was chatting with were actually teens and he was sending nudes. 🥴
They ruled him being a bad husband shouldn’t have been used against him in a murder trail.
Ahh okay, it’s all coming back to me now. The google search about babies dying in a hot car should’ve been enough circumstantial evidence right there. 😠
