We are officially HOMESCHOOLING!

If anyone didn't know, I was homeschooled until 6th grade. So excited to give my kids the personalized schooling I had as a kid.

Woohoo to Texas for their parent forward homeschooling laws (but literally nothing else..the laws here suck). Joining the Texas Homeschool Coalition!

So excited to build curriculum for my kiddo 💕💕

If anyone wants to make a group (or revive an old one) I am up for it!

Yay congratulations, I’ve been homeschooling for 4 years I think now and do not regret it at all.

@professor.hashbrown, I have to for my own curriculum and let the school district know I’m taking full responsibility of my child’s education. It’s ‘unschooling’ here 😆 I believe if I was involved in a co-op I don’t think I would need to.

Does anyone like their in laws?

Does anyone like their in laws? With all the posts about terrible in laws I was just wondering if anyone actually likes their in laws?!?! I love me in laws. I'm blessed to have such a wonderful immediate and extended family. My mil loves spending time with my boys. She comes over at least once a week and will sleep over. She gets up with the boys in the morning and let's my husband and I sleep in. My fil is a great man also. He's always coming over to visit and do some odd jobs around the house (my husband is not handy at all lol). So anyone else have great in laws?? I figured I'd ask so we can talk positively about our in laws!!!

Transgender children So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are your thoughts on the matter? Do u think the parents are behind this? Idk because I haven't met the parents or children. I just think at 5 it's very young for children to really understand. What do u ladies think?

Starting TWW. Anyone else? I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
